                                              Oh My Cupcakes!

Meet Chelsea, the newest pastry chef in town! I spent a little time with Chelsea recently to discuss her

new cupcake business, Oh My Cupcakes. Chelsea is a 14 year old Woodstock, GA resident who says

she never really liked to bake but after being inspired by the show Cupcake Wars decided to give

cupcake baking a try. She ended up LOVING it! She has a captive audience in her two older brothers

and mom and dad – but quicker than she could add sprinkles the word has spread and her business was born!

Chelsea seems to be a natural baker. When whipping up her frosting during our interview she knew

just by looking that she needed a little more of this or that. The flavor she made this day was Key

Lime - made with fresh lime juice and garnished with a slice of fresh candied lime. YUM!

These yummy creations are only $15.00 per dozen and can be ordered by emailing Chelsea at chelseasarah@comcast.net. She can accommodate orders with a few days notice (though a week

or more would be nice!). Some of the flavors she currently offers are:

• Key Lime – lime cake with fresh lime butter cream frosting and a candied lime garnish. 

• Banana Caramel – banana cake with a caramel swiss meringue frosting and a caramel drizzle.

• Strawberry Lemonade – strawberry cake with lemon syrup and a strawberry lemonade buttercream frosting.

• Angel Food with Strawberry Whipped Cream

• S’mores ** - graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, toasted marshmallow topping and a chocolate garnish.

• Chocolate Peanut Butter ** - chocolate cake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting.

Cupcakes really are all the rage right now but you won’t find them any fresher or for a better price
